The six-storey Atrium West building in Zurich’s Kreis 5 district combines clear urban architecture with an independent identity. Organised around a central atrium, the building offers 48 symmetrically arranged two- and three-room apartments, each with a partially covered balcony.

The positioning “Mitten im Leben erleben” and the claim “Meine Art Zürich” reflect the vibrant surroundings, while the text and image concept is based on the high-contrast façade. A targeted sales campaign with classic and ambient media measures placed additional accents directly in the heart of the target group.
